For Billing Support

We are open Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 5:30PM, excluding Bank Holidays. You can contact us on support@audous.co.uk, or submitting a ticket.


For Technical Support

We are open Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 5:30PM, excluding Bank Holidays. You can contact us on support@audous.co.uk, or submitting a ticket.


For any service faults, or for premium support plan customers, our ticket service is available 24/7.


We aim to reply to all customer queries within one business day, but these times may differ during our peak trading times, or if our services are busier than usual.

For faults and premium support plans, please refer to your SLA in your service agreement documents.
